Vacation Photo Diary #1

Its almost the end of 2013 and so I wanted to share the two amazing vacations that I went for this year.
So, during summer I went to Greece and that definitely was an amazing trip. The weather was pleasant and windy, which seemed perfect for a summer getaway.

The streets of Athens

Santorini

I loved the food in Greece specially the haloumi cheese and gyros(local wraps)

My parents in Acropolis.

My Greek vacation was like a dream where history goes hand in hand with the modern culture. The food was amazing and I did some amazing shopping in Athens and Mykonos even though Santorini was my favourite destination. I loved the architecture of the small islands and I was very impressed by the amazing restoration work that has been going on and how well all the ancient structures and artefacts are kept. Greece overall was a 10/10 experience for me and by far one the most amazing places I've been to.

The Diva

I  always knew Pernia Qureshi as the fabulous stylist for Aisha (Bollywood's first ever chick flick) and then later as a fashion designer. She's one of the hottest and stylish socialite India has ever heard. She is also an Indian classical dancer and also the first person to make a short fashion film. Fabulous!

Is there any reason why I shouldn't call her a diva?
And now she gave us what we exactly needed. A book dedicated to fashion and most importantly to its readers. It's the book which will answer all questions a person can ever have regarding fashion. It is truly a fashion bible.

From what to wear when to knowing your body to the kind of lingerie one should wear, she knows it all and she's amazing in her job. She's been on various best dressed lists and is known for her impeccable taste in fashion. One feature which I specifically love about her book is how she has a section which is divided according to age groups. She also tells us about new terms in fashion to keep us fashion savvy.

So everyone please go get a copy because this book is definitely here to stay and it can surely make your life better in terms of fashion.

So long,
Keep it stylish

Pretty in Peach

I'm absolutely loving my peach top with this really cute sequin collar. This top teamed with a high-waisted skirt, nude wedges and a box clutch made for a perfect Sunday brunch outfit.
This was clearly my day when I went absolutely girly with a side sweep ponytail and delicate accessories and minimal makeup.

Graphics

I fell in love with the dress since the time I spotted it in a boutique in Bangkok. The edgy print with neon colours made it all the more irresistible.

I teamed the dress with a antique gold polish eagle necklace and bright orange wedges.

Bursting Colours

Today I'm wearing my new pair of tie and dye leggings which I recently bought from a local store in Hanoi.
I decided to pair it with a white tee and nude wedges to highlight the print and colour. I wasn't in a mood to wear any jewellery so i just skipped that.

Southern Summers

With the last bit of summers left in the weather I wanted to quickly wear my new Aztec print dress that I bought during my shopping spree in Bangkok.
Its a day dress and perfect for a brunch or a casual day with friends.
I absolutely fell for its leather leaves detailing in the neckline.

PLAID LOVE

I've never been big fan of plaid because I've always had this assumption that I never looked good in it.
But this other day I decided to experiment and I picked up this plaid blazer and I figured that its something which I can totally wear and so basically I fell in love with it.
